1:1 COACHING CONSULTATION CALL: If you need to reschedule your consultation call, please provide at least 24 full hours’ notice. Failure to provide at least 24 hours’ notice will result in needing to purchase a new consultation call. If you are late to your consultation call, the call will still end at the scheduled end-time out of courtesy for the following calls.
 

GENERAL (GYM WITH JULES & 1:1 COACHING): Upon signing up for the program of your choice, your payments will renew automatically, on a monthly basis. You will not receive a refund because you forgot about your recurring payments. 

 

To cancel your Gym with Jules or Custom Program recurring billing, you will need to provide 30 days' written notice by emailing julesjacobsonfitness@gmail.com.
 

Your plan is valid for a full month after your last payment. Upon expiry of your program, you will no longer have full access to the personal training app, and you will not be able to view your programs.
